JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Solutions and Services Coordinator.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Service team coordination:

• Planning and co-ordination of the after-sales service activities and management of personnel resources
• On-site co-ordination of the assemblies
• Direct contact between clients and factories/OSU/ KAM for the resolution of customer’s non- conformities

2. Service works

• Service works promotion to customers and technical-commercial offer preparation
• Customer training
• Commissioning of primary and secondary cubicles. Configuration and tests (FAT and SAT) of protection and control equipment. Configuration of communication’s equipment
• Maintenance of cubicles and protection and control systems
• Non-conformities resolution
• Customer Support Service, remote and on field

3. Solutions:

• Identify customer needs and based on them, design the automation, control, protection, and communications solutions with Medium Voltage products
• Develop the detailed engineering of the solution through dialogue with the customer and factories to define in detail what needs to be manufactured (drawings, materials, configuration, etc.).
• Collaborate in the elaboration of the technical-commercial offer, prescribing the solution, defending it, and negotiating it with the customer 

REQUIEREMENTS

• Electrical degree or comparable
• 3 years of experience in similar position
• Advanced knowledge of medium and low voltage switchgear as well as of power distribution products and services
• Fluent speaking and writing English
• Ability to handle and solve unexpected situations
• Able to travel
