JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Customization Supervisor 工程部主管（客户工程部）for various customization projects. 

Functions:

• Coordinate with presales about customer technical needs and sort up information then transfer to BOM and mechanical/electrical drawings which will be used internally

• Confirm the delivery date to sales department, coordinate project kick-off meeting if necessary, lead project management process
• Coordinate modifications (Internal and Customer)
• Coordinate with Purchasing about the delivery time of the materials, coordinate with Production/Planner about the assembly dates, coordinate with quality for quality assurance
• Problem solving for daily issues
• Manage daily job of customization department

REQUIEREMENTS

•Background degree: Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering or power system related field

•Experience years: 

5 years electrical engineering experiences in switchgear industry, medium voltage will be plus

3 years or above of project management experience

•Knowledge: Expert in Auto CAD and other wiring software

•Competences: Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills

•Others: Fluent oral English, Written in English is a must
